I have always had the passion for baking every since i was a little girl. I started baking when i was about 5 with my aunt and have loved it. I attended Johnson and Wales University where i have obtained my associates in baking and pastry arts in 2021 and bachelors in business in 2023. I currently run my Bakery out of my home in Bunker Hill, WV and want to open my own store front one day!

When I was about 15 I was in a kayaking accident with my family; my mother unfortunately passed in that accident but with dealing with her passing I started baking more as a way to cope and kind of distract my self. I always know that I wanted to own my own business but want sure what I wanted unil this event happened in my life. In a way it felt as though i was honoring her and what she would have wanted me to do, so the name Rascal's was born becuse it was her nickname!
